At Tricounty Cradle to Career, we prioritize collaboration and data to amplify community voices and drive impactful change. All our work is guided by the needs expressed by the communities we serve, backed by thousands of data points from public sources, census data, and surveys.

Our Data Collaborative

Our most valuable asset is our Data Collaborative. It’s a vital tool that:

  • Aligns public and private partnerships.
  • Engages mission-adjacent organizations.
  • Builds capacity for nonprofits and other organizations to work together more effectively.

Key Partnerships

Our partnerships are the backbone of our success. Through collaborations with organizations like StriveTogether, a strategic partner and financial supporter, we convene the right groups to address key community issues.

Digital Access

  • Partners: 30+ organizations, including public and private organizations and stakeholder
  • Goal: Improve understanding, access, and adoption of digital tools
  • Approach: Convene the right organizations to create systemic change.

Early Childhood Learning

  • Partners: 25 organizations, including schools, educators, practitioners, and parents.
  • Goal: Improve access to childcare and ensure the availability of high-quality workers.
  • Approach: Convene the right organizations to create systemic change.

Housing Security

  • Partners: Diverse networks of public and private organizations.
  • Goal: Address housing stability to improve community outcomes.
  • Approach: Build partnerships that tackle housing challenges collaboratively.

Data-Informed Mission

Our mission is built on understanding what our communities need. By analyzing thousands of data points, we’ve identified 11 key indicators that guide our work:
